Managing Principal

As the founder of Endeavor Equity, Dan applies his asset management and corporate finance experience of successfully conducting more than $2 billion in direct investments in the public markets. Prior to founding Endeavor, Dan was Senior Portfolio Manager for Millennium Partners Direct Investment Group. At Millennium he established and managed a group overseeing a $350 million portfolio of direct investments in more than 150 public companies. Prior to Millennium, Dan held finance positions in both agency and principal capacities. He attributes his fundamentals-based investing approach to his tenure as an Investment Banking Analyst with Merrill Lynch. At Merrill Lynch Dan assisted in structuring equity, debt and M&A related transactions. Dan received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
